Public speaking plays a vital role in equipping a student with the skills to analyze a situation, think logically, frame meaningful sentences and present their thoughts impressively in front of the audience. For most of the students, public speaking is one of the most prevalent fears. But with the help of various activities, carried out in “Creativity Hall”; students gradually master their skill in this difficult task in a fun-filled way and it also helps in enhancing their personality and building their self confidence which they will need to face future challenges. At the same time even teachers are those pillars of knowledge which contribute immensely in shaping the future of not only their students but a whole nation– they are educators, mentors, guides, and inspiration. Molding young minds and instilling essential values, teachers helps in developing wellrounded citizens equipped to navigate societal challenges. And hence these “Creativity Halls” are also being used for Teachers’ training and upgradation. Here, everyday for an hour teachers assemble to discuss new & innovative ideas to make topics interesting and teaching more effective; so as to bring the best possible output in students.
